1. Digital Product Delivery Commitment
Upon successful payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay), your digital e-book(s) are instantly delivered. You receive immediate in-browser reading access, an instant download link to the complete master PDF, and a confirmation receipt sent to your registered email address.
2. Digital E-Book Refund Policy
Because digital e-books are irrevocable, downloadable digital assets delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer post-delivery refunds once a PDF has been downloaded or unlocked. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any technical error—such as duplicate charges, failure to receive the download link, or corrupted files—our support team will resolve it immediately or issue a full refund within 3 to 5 business days upon verification.
3. Duplicate Purchase Resolution
If you accidentally purchase the same e-book multiple times or wish to upgrade from a single book to the Master Combo Bundle, please contact our support desk with your Razorpay Payment ID or Order Receipt, and our team will promptly credit the difference or refund the duplicate transaction.
